Use it as a dip, a spread for crackers, wraps and bread or even pair it with salads or roasted vegetables. In today’s recipe, Michelle tells you how she likes her hummus best.
- 1 can chickpeas
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp. organic apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp. cumin powder
- ½ tsp. black pepper
- Sea salt to taste
Prepare the ingredients, drain the water from the chickpeas and save some water to use for blending. Place all the ingredients into the blender plus a quarter of a glass of the chickpea water and blend until smooth.
