Compression socks, pants and shirts can be used during and after training. For maximum strength and explosive exercises, compression clothing has shown to help increase depth sensitivity and increase resistance to fatigue. The garments can help increase the removal of waste products (e.g. lactate concentration) and reduce muscle swelling and pain sensations through increased lymphatic outflow.
A medium compression (approx. 10 mmHG) should be selected. Compression duration should last at least 48 hours after the end of the load. Only wear compression clothing if your well-being is not affected.
