Acute (AWL) and chronological workload (CWL)

The acute workload (AWL) describes the current load condition of an athlete. It is always made up of the duration and intensity (RPE/ heart rate) of a workout. This state/ load is displayed simultaneously with the fatigue in monitoring.

The chronological workload (CWL) describes in summary how high your load was in the last 21 days. The chronological workload is put in relation to the acute workload and thus we can make a statement whether or not you are currently training optimally.
