Session RPE

The session-RPE (rating of perceived exertion) gives you the possibility to reflect your subjective feeling of stress after each session. This evaluation should be given without much thinking and directly after the session.

Rest days

After a few days of training, the assistant will suggest a rest day based on your fatigue level. For this day, you cannot plan a training session with the assistant, because you are dependent on your fatigue level.

Recovery week

After three consecutive weeks of intensive training, a week of recovery follows every fourth week. During this week it is important to reduce the amount of training and to train less intensively. A complete rest period is here...
