Say hello to our first recipe! As of today, we’ll provide you with nutrient-rich recipes every now and again.
To kick things off, here is Michelle’s all-time
- 1 ½ banana (frozen or fresh)
- 1 handful baby spinach
- 1 tbsp. unsweetened peanut butter
- 1 small chunk of ginger (without skin)
- ½ tsp. cinnamon
- ½ glass bio plain kefir
- ½ glass water
Take the skin off the ginger using a vegetable peeler or spoon and place all ingredients into a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy. Enjoy!
Our vegan friends: substitute kefir for a plant-based milk alternative and add a vegan protein to increase the protein content.
