Nothing sounds better than coming home after an energy-loaded run or bike ride in the freezing cold, and preparing a hot chocolate and warming up from the inside? With this recipe you can treat yourself and get in the mood for the Christmas season.
- 150 g chocolate (white, whole milk or dark chocolate)
- 20 g cocoa powder
- 400 ml milk of choice
- 2 pinches of cinnamon
First, boil the milk briefly in a small pot. Meanwhile, chop the chocolate into small pieces. Stir the cocoa and one pinch of cinnamon into the pot with the warm milk. Add the chopped chocolate and stir until melted. Pour the hot milk into mugs. Top, if desired, with whipped cream and garnish with another pinch of cinnamon. Serve and enjoy!
