Oat cookies

The body needs energy before each training session. Because carbohydrates are one of the best energy resources for the body, carbohydrate-rich pre-workout meals are best suited. In this way, you can stay fit and train full of energy during the physical strain. However, oatmeal cookies are not only appropriate before training, but can also be enjoyed outside training hours.

Ingredients:
- 100 g rolled oats
- 20 g crushed nut mix
- 2 ripe bananas
- 10 g chocolate chips
Smash the banana in a bowl until it becomes mushy. Add the rolled oats and mix until all oat flakes are covered with the banana. Add the nuts and the chocolate drops and mix everything. Form the finished mixture into cookies on a baking tray and bake in the preheated oven at 180°C for about 15 minutes. Depending on the desired consistency, remove from the oven earlier. Allow to cool slightly and serve.
Extra tip: Spread nut butter on top of the cookies for that extra nutty flavour.
