Chia Pudding

Yum yum yum! Who said healthy had to be dull and boring! This chia pudding is a super tasty and healthy alternative to sugar-filled desserts and can even be eaten as a breakfast. Gluten-free and dairy-free and still delicious – nope there’s no catch just pure enjoyment!

Zutaten (4 Personen):
- 4 tbsp. Chia seeds
- ½ can coconut milk (from can)
- ½ tsp. Vanilla powder (can also use cinnamon)
- 1 tsp. honey
- ½ glass water
- 1-2 banana
- Fresh berries of choice
- Sea salt
Soak the chia seeds in the coconut milk (shake before using) and water by mixing the chia seeds until fully soaked. Leave to stand for 10-15 minutes. Once the chia seeds have increased in size and are softer, mix in the vanilla powder, honey and a pinch of salt. On the side, mash up a banana with a fork and add a pinch of salt. Using a glass, add the soaked chia seeds, banana on top and fresh berries on top. Enjoy!
